i think if it got an auto response, it will get lost or not recieved, it will be loaded in a full box with other mail and missed.

shortly another one should be sent out with the top sentence explaining why.
"last letter recieved an auto response, was unsure wether you had recieved, sorry for blah blah"

Ok, I've sent them another message.

Let's hope they don't get annoyed with me for nagging and decide not to give it to us.

I really get impatient now. I takes them quite a while to answer.

what is their e-mail? someone else sould send an e-mail to "fish" not a phishing email.

"fish" a term as in, fishing for information. if someone sends a normal letter to the e-mail, customer support "where can i get this game" or tech support " my game isnt working right" "does this game come in this language" "where is this game sold"

understand? unless it is a private e-mail address.

it has to be a listed box and not a private one. if it's a private box, they will wonder how some dummy asking the abc's found it.

also, off topic. all the topic response mails, even with my thing set with litude in allow list, shows up as dangerous mail.

I sent the message to dhassinger[at]zuxxez[dot]com

That was the address I used the first time which I received a response to. It is listed publicly on their website as the contact for KaM.
I really get impatient now. I takes them quite a while to answer.
I agree. We've given them a month or so without any sign of a reply. What do you suggest we do?

It could be worth trying other ZuXXeZ contacts like this one. What do people think?
if it's a private box, they will wonder how some dummy asking the abc's found it.
Thank you for your view on my intelligence, nice to know people appreciate me.

Let me know your thoughts on this matter, I am unsure what I should do.
Lewin.

?que?

i was speaking of if someone went fishing to see if they are responding to mail. aka. me sending them some general query about the company or game. in my case, i'd ask if they were hiring.

so if you want to see if a mailbox is active, have a dummy send a generic mail.

I like FallenLeader's idea. Would you like to try that Fallenleader? After a month they should have enough time to respond. But we don't want to get them against us, so first try some "fishing".
