
KaM Remake -> Multiplayer Demo out!
Wow, I'm honestly very surprised that this effort to remake KAM is going so well. About a year ago I found this when tracing back the old memories for KAM. It was great fun though the original game needed quite an overhaul to get all its bugs fixed (before I knew of the patches).
Is this open source? I might decide to contribute to it. You said that you have it hosted on google code, Krom?
What programming language are you guys rewriting it in? C++? I don't know much about the original KAM code or whether you guys need/want any help.

The project name was chosen to hide the project within first months when I was not sure if it's going to live or die unborn
Now it's definitely alive 
We are coding in Delphi6/7 but project can be compiled in Lazarus as well.
We can accept any help you can offer, but of course we must know what you can do, what you are good at?

Been improving Replay function for last few days. It took some time to figure out how it should complement savegames, but now it seems to be settled. There are 3 files in each savegame now: sav (savegame itself), bas (savegame from 1st tick of gameplay), rpl (replay commands queue).
On the other hand - there are still bugs in fights and I'm just tired of fixing them. So what do you say, should we release demo now or try to make it better?

Nailed another bug in fighting code and now, oh wonder of wonders, KaM Remake is stable - haven't had any crash in last 10 fights at all
